Hi Slinky. Hmmm. . . I'm relieved to hear that your cat likes mice; otherwise, I'd be concerned that something was wrong. Perhaps she doesn't like all the additives in store-bought cat food but prefers food in its natural state, as if she were living in the wild. Did you adopt her from a shelter? Was she a stray? I've known several people whose cats were strays, some feral, before my friends took them home, and it seems that those cats never become fully domesticated.
