Oh, no place would use a dye that actually lifts color, or use a peroxide type dye that is generally used to color hair-- that's illegal (In the U.S too I believe) They use a safe vegetable dye, (like henna (but not necessarily henna) and if it's the wrong color it's removable with alcohol, and if it somehow got in your eyes, you just rinse it out, like you would if you got mascara in your eyes.
