I don't understand therapy, but I do understand reliving past hurts and I feel for you. But it sounds like you need to face your past sooner or later... Be strong and courageous, and face it "sooner" rather than "later" so you can go on with your life. That reminds me of what God told Joshua when he took Moses' place of leadership.
Joshua 1:5-6 "As I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you. Be strong and of good courage."
That's a pretty good promise! "As I was with Moses, so I will be with Mystic. I will not leave her nor forsake her." So pull together your strength and courage, and meet the challenge head-on. Let us know how you are doing tomorrow.
