((((Emme)))) dreams can be so very frightening. I still remember dreams I had as a child that scared me so; they can be vivid. When I awaken from a bad dream, I always have to get up and touch different surfaces in the room to convince myself I'm no longer asleep.
Thankfully, I have not had many bad dreams in past few months. i figured it's because my brain had nothing spare with which to process what I've taken in during the day, so no dreams could be produced.
