I'm so sorry yesterday was such a difficult day for you. How are you doing now?
Someone mentioned an email group before. FFOS has helped me so much as a survivor of suicide, and it's ofshoot, Shade, has many people who have problems like depression and have also lost a loved one to suicide. If you would like any more info, let me know.
