The tests on my dad came back all good. Well, not all good because he's got a bad infection and a really bad ulcer. But better than pancreatic cancer. Everything seems fixable.
And even Harry seems a bit more cheerful on his new powdered sugar donut diet. OK, a lot more cheerful. Powdered sugar will do that to you.
I'm doing my darndest to distract myself and doing a moderately good job, tho I've sort of removed myself from the world to do it. That and my forgetting sleeps (I feel one coming on).
Thanks for your good wishes and prayers everyone. I can't tell you how relieved I am already. I know my father's been sick for a long time and hasn't been happy for years, but I'm selfish enough to want my Daddy to be around as long as possible.
