What a great thing to say. I hope that my replacement looks up to me, at least metaphorically. (He's a really big guy. It will be interesting to see what adding all of that testosterone will do to the place...four guys coming this year as opposed to the usual one.)My gosh, I forgot about my giant orange sunglasses! I haven't had a chance to pack up my desk yet, so I can put them on and walk around. Might as well go out as a goof. That will show them not to take things so darn seriously.
They are so earnest, though. It's really kind of cute. And I feel very confident, at least with the clients that I transferred, that they will be in good hands. I managed to avoid transferring any to the one person who is an as*. He said "I'm not getting paid, I'm only putting forth minimal effort." What a dork! This is the best training opportunity the school offers. You will never get training and supervision like this again. You need to suck every drop that you can from this opportunity. You get out of it what you put into it, and dude, you ain't gonna get squat with that attitude. And then there's the girl who is so eager, she is driving me crazy because she has zero patience and impulse control. She thinks it, it needs to be done RIGHT NOW! Chill, mama-la! It's only your second day!

And thanks again. You always know the perfect cheery thing to say. Too bad you weren't (okay, not in the car during but after-- during the wait.) That would have made the time pass easier.
