I probably have to increase and the only thing that scares me about that is how many times do you have to increase before you can't increase anymore. I am so scared of medication but I am also so sick of anxiety and panic that at this stage of the game I am ready to try anything to live a anxiety free life.
Anxious I couldve written this myself...I know that you are on a very low dose..and I also know that with this med there are a lot of ups and downs to it and you really have to do what you feel there are very few people still on 10mgs and some on 15mgs and some on 20mgs so I dont think you go much higher than that but I think that you are the lowest...Remember I am here for you and can relate totally you can e-mail me if you would like..mystichyd38@aol.com...We can help each other but you should thank god that you have found this place because everyone in here are angels true angels...
Xanax well I would feel bad about retaking something that helps you ....You are lucky that you feel comfortable to take them when you know that you need them because anything that can make life better is a plus but sometimes we are soooo stubborn that we refuse to help ourselves or should I say just cant....
