Well, I had a rather productive outing . . . I went to Radio Shack to make changes to my cell plan and ended up with nationwide calling, unlimited mobile to mobile, and a brand new FREE cell phone . . . and it is all for the same rate I was already paying! /\/\/\happy dance/\/\/\
Mystic, I am glad to hear you have your doggie with you tonight. I used to have a black lab named Jake, but you are right, they only live to be about 12yrs. He hardly ever barked, but when he did you knew it was something important, so he was a real comfort to have in the house (yes, he was an indoor dog - I am a pushover:~)
I have been considering being a foster parent for the local animal shelter after Rosie, my kitty, dies (she is 15yrs). That way I can have the company of an animal but with the understanding that I am just babysitting until they get adopted. That way I won't get attached and have to go through the pain of losing another animal. Plus, it will give the shelter room for one more animal to take in.
You are probably either in bed, or on your way now, but I will be around if you get lonely (it is only 8:45 here).
