Hey Mag..thanks for asking..I'm about the same..But ok...I hope that you have a great birthday...you deserve it and we will all be here for you on monday it will be fine..I think it is easier going up on dosages than to begin...Who knows maybe I will join you on Monday and increase mine as I think is needed...But very scared to do...Have a great day>..Mystic
