I use an "old lady" pillbox, too. I usually empty the day's pills and stick them in my pocket. But the dratted clothing designers and manufacturers seem to think that women don't need pockets. So I also bring the whole box at times. Ever have yours spill open and dump various pills in your bag? I have to put mine in a baggie now.gg
