My therapist never talks about other clients, not even in generalities. Like he won't answer "How are my symptoms like/unlike other OCD clients you have had?" He will answer in generalities about people with OCD in general, but not his clients with OCD.
It's sort of comforting in a way, because I know he'll never say "I once had a client who needed to worry about her parents when they were on vacation, so that they would stay safe." to another client.
He's got a picture of his wife and his daughter in his office, and I saw his wife when she dropped in at his office at my appointment time. They both look nice and I hope he remains blissfully happy so that he won't relocate out of town.
