One other thing to "think" about is that you don't want to hit the hay "thinking" about work or problems. Try to drift off to something that has nothing to do with youself, like the storyline in a book.
Video games have the effect of taking my mind off of things. The only problem with them is that I get addicted to it and play them all night long. :D I guess like a book some games have story lines to them. I should read more often and play video games less. :\
