I'm coming off of an antidepressant, Lexapro, and starting on a new antipsychotic, Abilify. Soon, I will start coming off of an anti-psychotic, Geodon. I don't feel so well either. It's going to take about a month to stabilize me on the new med, and withdraw me from the old, and I'm not looking forward to it at all.
I don't feel like I can trust myself much until the process is over--but life doesn't just stop while a patient changes meds. I just hope I don't seriously mess anything up.
