i have a friend that is in a similiar situation. he is 26 years old an dliving in an apt. where he really has no close friends other than the girl he lives with, but he says they fight all the time. what he does though to have fun is when he is not working he calls friends he made in college to hang out once in a while. I guess if you can spend a weekend with a really good friend, the kind you described, it might just be worth the other days of the week that you spend with the television. don't let that really get you down too much, i'm 18 and the tv has become my best friend over xmas break...so don't feel like you are missing out on too much. alot of ppl are doing the same thing.
