Tips on dealing with a passive agressive person??

Don't know if anyone remembers my issues with my suitemate from he** at work, but I've been doing some research on passive agressive behavior (thanks to wunder god Larry Hoover), and those descriptions pretty much nail her behavior.
Anyone have any tips on deflating her annoying behavior? Some websites give some information, but not much....just wondering if anyone has personal experience.
I don't want to put her down or anything. I just want the behavior to stop.
