hi kelly,

i know i never like med changes either. dinah is right though you wil get thrtough it. try to get enough rest and enough to eat. also sometimesit helps me to make my house very confortable adn have things like videos and books i like in case i want to stay inside. just comfort things.

let us know how it goes. im not here often, ut will look tomorrow and see how yoyu are.
