Thank you so much for the encouragement. Actually, I think my main problem is I have tried to make some changes to my "protocol". Not meds, but every time I try to add "stuff" - vits and such, I feel rotten, get foul, and quite irritable. Strange, but that's what occurs with me. I feel better after stopping them, but it takes a few days.
I do take the point I made seriously. I just think it wouldn't have hit me so hard, if I was in a better state of mind.
I do feel a bit better today than last evening. Thanks for caring. I need some Marcy therapy (ha, ha).
