i graduated from "charm school" last friday..
i found the information and the bulk of the program very boring and almost childlike..
i got up everyday to socialize for a month..that in itself was a great help to me..i waited for the lunch hour to begin each day so i could play poker and smoke on the patio..
i heard a bunch of the other "clients" talking about me a few times when they thought i was out of earshot,how very elementary..they were told by the nurses not to stare at my "tics" .from that program i joined a badminton club. twice a week now i play with a room full of police officers(who keep looking at me like they know me from somewhere)
i am going to keep "faking it ,till i make it"
one day i will feel apart of the world even though i would rather not at this time.
do you have any experience with beta blockers?
