you know i'm bipolar right? i'm just talking about the feeling of meeting someone and not feeling alone or abnormal

yeah but when people fail to acknowledge that they may be in danger of suicide it concerns me... i worry

i thought the best way to abolish the stigma was to desensitize people by being honest and showing them that a) mental illness is more common than you think b) people with MI can be very successful
