Oh dear, I don't know what to advise. You've done exhaustive research .... It's terrible the way the health-care industry makes getting good quality health care such a guessing game. It's so unfair, and so inappropriate. I don't think you're going to be without a therapist/therpay -- but how to hang on until Tuesday?

Go for a walk ... call a friend ... go to bed with a video ... with a book ... or with a giving companion (!) .... Hang out with us online. Go to the movies .... The usual, you know -- light a candle, take a bubblebath ... write a letter ... call a friend? Go for a walk ... curl up with a good book, etc.

I'm out of ideas!

For me -- this chat board has been my mainstay. I've had three different therapists since my coverage changed in October -- and I've seen them each only one or two times, and spread out over almost a year! It's a joke.

Thank God for this place. Thank God for you and the many dear souls who have followed my ups and downs and responded with such interested, relevant suggestions!

Sending love.

Me? I'm going to pop a Xanax, head to the video store, spend as much time as possible in bed, and get up and get the start of my school year organized, files made, desk labels, etc. .... Just as soon as tomorrow dawns.

Again, sending love.

Temmie
