> You are so much more motivated than I am. I'm impressed.

Don't be. It is mostly nervous keep moving lest the darkness get me kind of energy.

Although I was very much in the moment on Saturday when I was having electrical work done. The electricians brought their nine year old son who has a crush on me. He's a polite, well mannered young fella. I spent the day with him keeping him out of his parents hair. He tagged along with me while running errands and then we took my dog down to the beach. He lives slightly inland so he doesn't get to the beach much. He was hysterical to watch playing in the water! I just stayed in the moment with a nine year old boy who hardly gets to see the ocean much less be in it; my dog swimming in the ocean with her tennis ball in her mouth; lots of people just walking back and forth and no one having 'dog off leash hissy fits'.

It was a good, tiring, but good day.

I dunno about that marshmallowly stuff there. Hmmmmm......sounds suspicious. I'm a fan of homemade whipcream but that's just being picky.

> Yes. You are right they are hard to find. I have found them, though - I sent some to my daughter at camp. Probably got them at a drug store or WalMart.

I hate that store. Sorry, I just do. I will find metal jacks somewhere in this crazy beach town.

I'm just thinking it would be good to go to the library on my bike. Or I could just swing by tomorrow after my therapy.

Your daughter is filled with wisdom. = )

Organic chemistry for premed majors. Fun. A nice way to ease back into school. Ugh.

Then keep making lists. Humidity bites. We don't do humidity out here in CA. Just don't do it. It melts us. Wah. Hope therapist isn't on vacation much longer. I'm in a situation of not wanting to deal with anything in therapy, individual or group, and resenting having to go. A sure sign there is something I need to work on.

take care
