I think the only possible way for me to enjoy exercising at all is to do it inside, out of the sun, and away from the heat. My husband goes to the gym, but I think that might be a bit overwhelming to me. I once saw a relatively small non-electronic home walking machine that I just might enjoy, if I could find room for it. A big if. My house is currently filled tip to toe with toys. Former Thomas tables converted to Lego tables. Boxes and boxes of toys.

But basically exercise doesn't make me feel better, despite what everyone says. It often brings on a headache. The only way it could make me feel better is to help me lose enough weight to get off my rapidly hated glucophage. My doctor says when I lose 20 lbs I might be able to go off it, and I seem to be stuck at 12.
