Hey,
Drink a cup of coffee for me, I can not take any caffine right now or else eveything I ate will come up. It is part from not getting much sleep and who knows probably the moon cycle.
I have xanax for panick attacks and have heard that it puts you to sleep. I hord these pills just incase I freak out. Plus when I take them I do not get sleepy, just more calm. I think that might be because of the situation I was in when I took the pill.... So I may try it...
