Sometimes I feel very fortunate that I'm on the bipolar spectrum. I feel so sorry for my unipolar friends. At least I know I can look forward to a reasonable amount of time feeling better than normal. A fair amount of time feeling worse than normal. And a bit of time feeling worse than imaginable. Now normal - I'm not sure I ever feel normal.
