I've read your posts for years and since your name hasn't been around for a while I had hoped you were doing better.
I'm so damn sorry you're in the state you're in right now. I know you know all the links to the samaritans and the other 'read this before you do anything' sites. I'm sure there isn't much more I can add to their wisdom.
As one who has been in the black suicidal pit more times than I would care to admit I can only offer up the knowledge that many do get through these hellish times. I don't know how but many of us do. I hope you continue on with us. You have been missed from the board.
