I'm sorry to hear that you're doing so badly. I'm sort of there myself or I'm sure I could offer something more constructive. My therapist did remind me that I felt great about 10 days ago and that being the case, I shouldn't view my current malaise as being permanent.
Are you sure you're not just suffering from heat stroke? I've never been to Texas, but I imagine it as being like a blast furnace this time of year. You Texans must be made of sterner stuff.
