I'm borrowing time on my mum's friends pcs so I'm doing rather quick hit and run posting (no dsl or cable modems out here in boondock land and I can't tie up their phone lines for more than ten or twenty minutes at a time) and can't even get into my e-mails. Will have to wait until I return to my country and my home pc with a gazillion links and book refs. Will happily pass that info along in a couple of weeks (greater powers that be willing) when I am safely back in my home.
Until then know you have people that believe in you and that you *can* overcome this. It *is* possible. I'm living walking proof of that. Years back I never thought I could beat the ED that took over my life but lo and behold---here I am purge free after many years. It can happen but does take a bunch of work and breaking the silence is the first step which you have already done!!
