Awesome! I'm really impressed. If I can make myself exercise, I like to do weights, especially upper body stuff. It feels really good to be able to sling those heavy grocery bags rather than drag and huff and puff.

My friend was in really good shape by the time he left the UPS job. And I think, but I'm not sure, that the requirement is lifting 50 pounds. (I just remembered that he was in the Chicago area when he worked there!)

Have you ever heard of the super slow technique for lifting weights? You use a really slow controlled motion, and count to at least 10 for each movement (lifting and lowering). It really works the muscles and is incredibly effective.
