JYL . . .

Posted by leeran on April 25, 2003, at 16:34:14

(I don't think I've ever started a thread)

JYL -

I thought of you today, while I was out in the "real world."

A thousand words were scrambling inside my head for attention. Then I thought - how does JYL do it? This amazing art, and it is an art, to say exactly what's needed with a minimal number of words.

Then it occurred to me. Your posts are art. They even look like art against the background of the page.

I have a need to be a minimalist, but that need gets squashed with words, possessions, thoughts.

Your posts (your art) seem to be telling me to pare down.

Thank you for the art lesson.

Lee

p.s. I decided to write a haiku to see if I could pare down.
