Am I breaking any rules* by asking what spyware you use?
I'm thinking of installing some type of "computer condom" as well. It sounds like you've done the research and found something you trust/like.

*RE: rules. I used to post on another message board where it was "against the rules" to mention or complain about pop-up ads and doing so constituted just cause for the host company to pull the message board. I suppose Dr. Bob doesn't care if we endorse/recommend products, right? I know recommending a book is okay.
