Thank you for the good wishes. Luckily my down mood was just temporary and I even knew that at the time which makes a world of difference as I know you know. I was just feeling sorry for myself at being mostly, but not entirely, better, that it didn't happen sooner, that I am only mostly, but not entirely, free of side effects etc. And of course I was really feeling guilty that I wasn't grateful for all of those almosts and resentful that I had to feel guilty. I think in the end my mood improved because I just couldn't keep track of it all any more (those minor cognitive side effects of course. :) .I'm sorry to hear you were having a bad day too and I hope it turned out to be as transient as mine. Aren't showers wonderful things? And makeup and visine. Was it anything you want to talk about here or elsewhere?
