an appointment

I would want to see a some communication betwen doctor's re blood work, past treatments and to discuss lifestyle patterns and treatment options.
I expect a fairly clean office and have one that is spotless. If my doc were to take a call during an appointment, I KNOW it went thru the nerusing station and is an emergency. Mind you that this has happened once in 7 years to me and doc apologized profusely, but I thought that was the nature of the business and totally understood his situation as I could be in the same place his patient is in someday.
So I guess I agree---find a new doc!!
