I am so sorry you are feeling bad. I have a similar situation sometimes, I call "getting flushed" where I feel like I'm getting flushed down the toilet bowl, can't get a grip on slick porcelain for anything, spinning, drowning, no one can hear my cries for help for the flushing noise, and it SUCKS! For me it passes, in an hour or day or week, but it's cruelly painful while it's happening.
Is there anyone close you can talk to? Just to vent to for support (who can hug you in the physical and not just the virtual?) Or are we what you've got, support-wise?
