LOL...offensive; not at all I awoke with a chuckle after my fabulous 3 hrs of sleep. Sleep is great. I have three choices of sleeping pills to choose from--ambian, visteral or serequil. I already take double the recommended dose of ambian, as per doc "orders" (he is strict and overbearing, lol), and with that I can add a "little" --that is the equivalent of a "pinch" when cooking--visteral. I quickly gobble a xanax while panicking because, again, I have forgotten where I put the bottle. Soon, thanks to the xanax and lost brain cells from years of meds designed to help me, I forget I was sleeping and suddenly find myself playing backgammon on-line. Finally, as all the meds where off I see that it is morning. I am relived that I did not resort to serequil at that time.

Serequil, what a trendy new med (I’m still convinced that they write prescriptions just for the coffee mugs, cool pens and vacations (which, reluctantly--why, I wonder--doc finally decided that it is ok for me to collect the pens and gives me a one from any new med I take. This decision is probably due, at least in part, to the complaints from his secretaries that I am always hounding for them.) I especially like the Effexor ones that on each click of the revolving mechanism indicates the dose of the different strengths pills.

As a long term ssri user, I know how Mr. Happy's happiness impacts others...lol Luckily mine never got tired but gained resiliency and vigor. While my ex found this a terrific side effect, all the muscles in my body would eventually tire and I would at times, actually fake it. Attention men, do not attempt this unless you are wearing a condom or you will get busted. Somehow they "know" when we fake it without one on...lol.

What's really funny is bringing all this up to doc and see the look of excitement on his face when he realizes that he can "heal" this and with a quick comment and wild gesticulating he grabs for his pen(the only true phallic part of psychiatry I think) and writes yet another script to help with what was fine when the male first went to him. Thankfully I was able to "evolve" and never needed to take the newest addition to the mad hatters concoction.

Well, I since I see later this week, I'd best grab a magazine and turn on the TV to see what I'll be taking next week.

HA! ~tony
