I think you also have to give that specific agency or person permission. I could be wrong about that, any legal folks out there???Yes this is what I meant. Yes, I'm in the US. So, if I understand you, for agency x to see my medical records, they contact my physician who then has me sign a release? And possibly the agency itself needs such permission from me as well?
