i cant remember what you wrote-
when were you dxed?
i had depression(untreated)starting about age 15 or so.
i am now 33-things started getting really bad for me about 4 years ago.
my 7 year old has signs or anxiety.he crys and thinks he is dying or going to die.his teacher was talking about helmet safty and he brook down and i had to go get him.3 time this month.
sometimes they call his older brother in to help remind him of his breathing and that he was safe.
his school had a "lock down"drill for strangers in the school or snipers?that was a bad time for him.
he says when he get "bad feelings"he thinks his heart is going to explode.
i thought talking infront of people was our greatest fear-ha ha.
