If I may, this board reminds me of the high school click, which I was never into. And to Dr.Bob, you have a good thing going here, but I must confess the "new people" joining in feel like they have the plague! They do not feel welcome, and if you want your board to advance, quite frankly, they should feel welcome.Kathie
