I've had panic attacks at work, which i try to quell with xanax, but forgetting my xanax (just like it used to be, forgetting effexor) leaves me in a state of complete sickness... you hands feel numb, your thoughts scattered... everything feels like your in a tornado... time crawls to a halt... when i get home i down 2 milligrams and lay down...i have gone w/ out for days, taking sleeping pills to try to soothe my body... but they put you in a haze... and still dont solve the withdrawl... as the days go on, slowly you fall apart... its been hell and i hope to not go through it again...
my boss yelled at me when i was sick as a dog and ready to die, i have a suck-ass boss, to dip into the lingo of crudeness... sometimes its necisary...
