Hi Dinah, I know what you mean, I've eaten enough chocolate to choke a horse. My husband put Lindor truffles in my stocking. Have you ever had them? They're HEAVEN!!
Do you have any green tea in the house? It's supposed to help de-toxify the body a bit. I drink a lot of it anyway but especially when I overindulge.
