Just cross your fingers and hope some bad BS doesn't happen next month. I remember last year donating blood-and I hadn't done that for a few years. My suggestion is to not watch TV!! Talk to real live people you know about it and ASK what they THINK about it and listen with your own ears. Remember that the news channels are in all of this for profit, unfortunately, and it isn't in your best interest to develop PTSD from their hyperbolizing and commercialization of the thing. I found that listening to the radio instead (especially NPR or the BBC)was a VAST improvement.
