OK, I enlarged the photo, and this is *my* interpretation (talk about Rorschach tests!):
Facing the image:
Vertical on left, reading up: "gone to yokohama"
reading down: "psycho"
reading across the bottom: upper: "please be civil"
lower: "Dr. Bob"
top-right: "babble"Vertical, on right: lower case Greek letters
