Safer than with family, friends, co-workers etc.?
I feel generally unsafe in the world. I think it's a combination of agoraphobia, GAD, social anxiety, and social avoidance. Oh, and of course, depression--how could I forget? I wish they'd come up with a new diagnostic category for me that combines all of those disorders into one easy label.
