Hang in there, girlie! I go through phases where
I become a PSB and PB junkie too. I have to watch
that. Forget about the fact that I have "a mental
illness" sometimes and go out on the porch at night
and look at the stars. Sometimes I become way too
identified with this disease.
(I was going to do Loving Kindness Meditation this
morning, but I didn't have time.....)
Effexor really seems to be working. I SO HOPE I can
get away with just taking 33.7 mg's--so far that much
seems to be fine, although I can hardly believe that...
Going to add on acupuncture in september (when I can afford it).
