I'm one week post-dumping now - it happened last monday night.
I'm still sad and sometimes cry - especially when I see couples. Yesterday was particularly bad since we used to always spend sunday nights together - instead he went sailing with his friends, which about sums up our relationship - I was feeling sad and he was sailing.
I sent him a letter, just saying that I felt like he was never really totally committed to our relationship. I emailed it to him late friday, so he wouldn't have gotten it until today, but I keep checking my email, hoping for a response. I don't even know what I'm hoping for - maybe some kind of acknowledgement at least.
