I'm just suprised at my own behaviour at a crisis of med discontinuation and constant hassall from a stupid person . I'm not all concerned about attention this is just a place to SHARE ? support experiences. Hurting myself pysically is something I haven't done for over 9 years ........yes I'm immature aren't we all in a crisis.
Believe me if I wanted out I wouldn't bother to write here
