I agree with IsoM- dont worry about her!
Cats vary such a lot in personality, and Angelbait sounds like an attention seeker who loves getting oodles of affection from you and just keeps asking for more! And is a bit of a nervous type, not due to anything you are or are not doing.
I had one like a bit like that- he used to go for walks down the street, but only if I went with him!
