I need to continue, not give up. I tend to relapse on my good intentions due to stress related to career/financial problems. Not a good thing to jump on food for comfort and be a lump in front of the TV. :-(
I have a Lisa Simpson personality but I behave like Homer too often. :-) TV-related simile, haha.
