Hi,
I know there's more to your post than the 5 am Dunkin' Donuts reference, but I had to laugh. When I wasn't sleeping and living in Manhattan a few years ago, I used to arrive at the Krispy Kreme in Chelsea at about 4 am for a hot fresh donut. It was like I waited the whole night for it. Being manic has it's appeals...Sometimes I feel like I'm moving too fast to really see anything and then I stop and smell the donuts. Complete and sticky focus. Yummmmmmmmmmm.
Getting off the sleeping-by-day and awake-at-night cycle is tough. Try taking a sleep aid one night top get back on track. Works for me. Tylenol PM is good. I prefer Valerian, but sid's doctor had told her it didn't mix well with some ADs.

> Ok i dont sleep much. I stay up all night when i am maniac. The next day I crash badly. I sleep the day away. I go from no sleep to all sleep. I dont know how to fix it. My meds are doing this to me, but I cant stop them. I have never been maniac before this weird for me. I stay up all night and then go to Dunkin's at 5 am. This is a ritual now. Ok just babbling now.......
