sourcerer sourcerer sourcerer. it almost sounds like you're ocd about your depression, with a little dash of anxiety just to make things interesting. im so glad however, that youre above suicidal, its an accomplishment in itself. theres no need to thank us, its all on the balancing scale. im glad that youre reaching out to us, but even more importantly, youre reaching out to professionals who can help you with all of this crap that you go through in your head. keep going

I go in for an eval for a partial day program the day after christmas so this may provide the help I need for staying afloat after the holidays.
